Description
45 HC/HQ (High Cube) container — high sea container with increased height and, accordingly, with increased useful capacity. Suitable for transportation and storage of a wide range of goods. A twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU or teu) is a conventional unit for measuring the capacity of freight vehicles. Often used when describing the capacity of container carriers and container terminals. It is based on the volume of a 45 feet (13.725 meters) intermodal ISO container — a standard size metal box that can be transported by various modes of transport: road, rail and sea.
