Task:

To arrange sales in China.

Our team was tasked with reaching local consumers of brass and bronze bars, agreeing on negotiations, and, together with the client, conveying the feasibility of purchasing raw materials in Ukraine. After that, to prepare all the required set of documents for import and certification in China.

Solution:

Our team studied the regional peculiarities of the brass consumption market. The areas of potential clients (future partners) have been written out. We visited:

  • Local exhibitions,
  • Local wholesale markets,
  • Metal warehouses,
  • Production from brass products,

where the end user was identified.

We got acquainted and exchanged contacts with representatives, and agreed to meet directly at the production site. With some of which the dates of the zoom conference at which the first contract was successfully signed were successfully negotiated.

Several months later, having studied the legal aspect of the issue, we, together with the client, collected all the required set of documents, selected a company to import raw materials in China and successfully delivered a test batch to the end client.
