Souvenir products for the festival.
Client:
Cerveza «Tulum» (One of the best breweries in Latin America.)

Task:

To develop an Eco souvenir that will be in demand at an open-air music festival. It is required to select the most natural/natural materials. Products should be intuitive and brand-specific. The product should be suitable for the majority of visitors and should not have a gender bias.

Solution:

We chose several positions:

  • Caps and T-shirts,
  • Eco memory sticks,
  • Wooden coins-coupons for 1 liter of beer,
  • Power Bank in a wooden case.

The final choice fell on a portable charger in an eco-case.

Why Power Bank? – because during the music festival there is no way to charge the phone from the network, and a free power bank is never superfluous, especially with the company’s identity, which will remind of a pleasant time at the festival.

LEARN MORE

One of the difficulties was the selection of materials for the products, as the beer brand positions itself as an “eco brand”. We decided to use a wooden case:

Production stages:

  • To select types and kinds of eco-materials
  • To choose a color scheme and color of wood
  • To find a production
  • To order product samples
  • To perform control of finished products
  • To obtain certification
  • To prepare export documents
  • To organize logistics to Mexico

Learn more about the stages of production in the photo and video below:

Step 1 - selection of materials
step 2 - design selection
step 3 - choice of packaging
step 4 - selection of the logo application
step 5 - selection of the rear leaf and type of application
step 6 - inspection logo application and verification of sizes
step 7 - verification of the complete set
step 8 - shipment control
step 9 - final production

Production process

Due to the density of the wood texture, during the production process we decided to abandon laser cutting of the logo and made a color application with paint, thereby reducing the cost of branding the product by 3 times. Also, a very important point was to timely issue safety certification for this type of product, because the lithium-ion battery may cause logistics difficulties.

Result:

As a result, the goods were exported, passed all customs formalities and were successfully launched for sale at the festival and in parallel on the Internet sites.

Achievements:

Thanks to the prompt feedback from the client, we managed to fit in 54 days from the moment of contract signing to the moment of customs clearance in Mexico.
