We provide a full range of services for the production of diverse products. We will select suitable production facilities for you, make test lots and certify the finished product. There are four types of production:

1. A copy of a finished product – if an analogue of the product is already on the market and it is required to copy it or to produce an analogue. This option is not always possible if the product is protected by a patent.
2. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) – production of existing products under own brand or with own unique design/packaging.
3. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) – production of products of own design or modification of an existing product.
4. FDP (Full Development Production) – production of a product from scratch. This includes the full range of tasks required to release new products to the market, including: mold design, selection of materials and production facilities, product registration, certification, packaging, etc.

Our managers will select suitable suppliers, inspect them for professional suitability, absence of legal actions and supplier’s legal problems.

We will request product catalogues, availability of quality certificates, licenses, registration documentation. If you need to select bona fide suppliers, we will be happy to help you with this.

After you have decided on the product and selected a suitable production, you should not relax, as in the production business, “surprises” can appear at any time.

This is influenced by many factors, ranging from a banal misunderstanding between partners, ending with “I didn’t think” or “you didn’t say it.” To prevent such situations and to reduce the possibility of rejections to a minimum, the production stages shall be monitored at least 2 times:

1. Before production of a lot (at the time of production of a trial lot),
2. After final production (before shipping or loading into a container).
3. P.S. Ideally, even at the very stage of production (but this is not always cost-effective and necessary).

(The entire examination shall be performed in compliance with the client’s clear terms of reference).

Sometimes you have to apply for a third-party physical and chemical laboratory analysis, this is especially important when purchasing chemicals or bulk, liquid freights.

Thus, bypassing the involvement of third-party companies in the chain of processes, we minimize the final costs of services for our clients. This greatly contributes to an increase in speed of response to issues arising during delivery, and reduces the risk that one of the subcontractors will complicate or delay the process of supply chain organization.
